Pilot data-handling summary

• Use neutral test data until the pilot agreement and privacy details are complete.
• Provision one tenant and one location manually.
• Create individual staff accounts and grant only the access each person needs.
• Do not store card numbers, bank credentials, government IDs or unrelated sensitive documents.
• Record only cash, card or bank-transfer method and amount after service; payments are not processed by RM Grooming.
• Agree the backup, retention, export and deletion procedure before live onboarding.
• Report suspected unauthorised access immediately through the support contact named in the pilot order.
