Privacy notice

Pilot template. Before real customer data is entered, the participating salon must add its legal business name, address, privacy contact and locally required notices.

RM Grooming helps an independent grooming salon manage bookings, customers, pets, services, staff schedules, treatment notes, in-app reminders and payments recorded after a service. The participating salon controls why and how customer data is used. The software operator processes data only to provide and support the pilot.

Data used

Account and contact details, pet profiles, booking and appointment history, service notes, optional photos or documents, in-app reminders, and recorded payment method and amount. RM Grooming does not process online card payments in this pilot.

Purpose

To provide booking, scheduling, service delivery, customer and pet history, reminders, payment recording, reporting, security and support.

Sharing and retention

Data should be accessible only to authorised salon staff and the customer linked to a booking. The salon must define a retention period and handle access, correction or deletion requests according to applicable law.

Security and contact

Use individual accounts, strong passwords and only test data during evaluation. The salon privacy contact and software-support contact must be completed during onboarding before the pilot handles real customer data.
