Pilot terms of use

Pilot template. Commercial terms, the salon's legal details, governing law and support contact must be completed and approved before a paid live pilot begins.

RM Grooming is a single-location pilot for online booking and salon operations. Authorised salon users may manage services, staff availability, bookings, treatment history, in-app reminders and post-service payment records.

Pilot boundaries

The pilot does not include online deposits, subscription billing, multi-location operation, automated SMS, email or WhatsApp messaging, or a native mobile app. Payment entries are operational records only; the software does not move money or replace locally required receipts, tax records or accounting.

Acceptable use

Users must enter lawful and accurate information, protect account credentials, use only authorised access, and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data. The salon is responsible for customer consent, local consumer rules, tax obligations and its services.

Availability and changes

The pilot is evaluation software. Scope, support hours, backups, incident handling, data export and termination steps must be agreed in the signed pilot order before live use.
